Payment Options for Orders
Orders
made through our secure website can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard,
and American Express) through our online order processing.
Refund
Policy & Returns
All personalized item sales are final and are
not refundable. If we made a typographical error on your order, please contact us so that we may resolve the problem.
Shipping
Address Corrections After Order Has Been Shipped
If
a customer has entered an incorrect address or zip code as the shipping address
for their order, and Elegant Labels is assessed an address correction charge
by the shipping company, Elegant Labels will charge the address correction fee to the customer.
The standard address correction fee for UPS packages is $5.00.
Secure
Website Ordering
Credit card safety is a high priority at Elegant Labels. Online ordering using
our shopping cart system on our website is safe because it resides on a secure
server. The secure server encrypts all of your personal information that you input
in our online order forms.
Order
Damages (from Shipping)
We
make every effort to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and
well protected in transit. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during
shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit. We
strongly recommend that you always inspect your packages before accepting them
when delivered from the shipping company.
International
Orders
Elegant Labels can ship orders to any location in the USA. However,
we are not accepting orders shipped to Canada or overseas
locations at this time. For any orders that are being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, please email us for a quote for the shipping cost since our
online shopping cart will not automatically calculate the shipping cost for orders
going to these destinations. All orders must be paid in advance in U.S. funds
by credit card before your order is shipped.
